This Moroccan restaurant, led by Bertrand Larbi and his wife Zora, is located on the hills of the old village of Mougins. They have invited for this summer a chef noted by a golden fork, Marcel Ammoune, who charmed the principality of Monaco by its cook’s qualities and its dishes with Lebanese flavors.
These two civilizations mixed together give a mediterraneo-oriental menu, using the Mediterranean products, the recipes of Maghreb and Lebanon.
The lebanese chef Ammoune proposes hot or cold mezze.
Both cooks are on the same wavelength, using fresh products with genuine quality, such as the famous local lamb of Sisteron. The mécchoui (lamb barbecue) which demands to be cooked 7 hours is a prove by itself. Do not miss this moment!
